Life Mission initiated to realize the dream of owning a home for the homeless families in Kerala has undergone two phases, and on these two phases emphasize was provided for those families who possess land but are homeless. In the third phase, the target group is the marginalized sections of the society who have neither land nor shelter. However in a densely populated state like Kerala, It will not be easy to realise this goal with the initiative of Government bodies alone. It is in this context that the state government has launched the "Manassode Ithiri Mannu Campaign" - requesting the goodwill of fellow human beings to contribute land for house construction to the destitute community. The Government anticipates that the general public, especially businessmen, non-residents, voluntary organizations, institutions etc will provide assistance to this initiative taking into consideration the spirit of this noble cause.
